The Vendor is required to provide to environmental consulting services related to facilities, transportation and drainage projects.
- Services may include environmental field assessments, reports recommendations, permitting assistance, mitigation and remediation planning and execution.
- The environmental work falls under the categories of site investigations, marine construction and constructed facilities.
- Work may include:
- Site Investigations:
• Wetlands delineation, jurisdictional determination, dredge and fill permitting, and wetlands impact mitigation.
• Listed and endangered species and habitat identification, mitigation, remediation, and relocation
• Field soil identification to determine existence of hydric soils
• Archaeological assessments and surveys
• Writing and enacting conservation easements
- Marine Construction:
• Listed and endangered species and habitat identification, mitigation, remediation, and relocation
• Water column analysis using federal and state standards
• Sedimentation analysis
• Dredge and fill permitting for docks, boat ramps and dredging projects
- Constructed Facilities:
• Asbestos and lead identification and abatement/removal planning
• Phase I, II and III environmental assessments
• Underground storage tanks assessment, removal and remediation.
