• Analyzing: thoroughly review to understand the scope of work, requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines.
• Client interaction: engage with associates to clarify any ambiguities, understand their specific needs, and ensure the proposal effectively addresses their concerns.
• Win theme development: collaborate with stakeholders to develop a strong "win theme" or value proposition that highlights the organization's capabilities and differentiates them from competitors.
2. Proposal development and management:
• Coordination and collaboration: work with internal teams, including subject matter experts (SMEs), to gather information, write content, and ensure a cohesive proposal.
• Content development: create and customize proposal content, utilize existing content libraries and develop new materials as needed.
• Project management: manage the proposal timeline, track deadlines, and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time.
• Compliance: ensure the proposal adheres to all RFP requirements, including formatting, content, and submission guidelines.
• Quality control: review and edit the proposal to ensure accuracy, clarity, and persuasiveness.
3. Finalization and submission:
• Final preparation: prepare the final proposal, including all necessary attachments and documentation.
