The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive, third-party evaluation of the CEO’s performance in five key areas: leadership competency, operational management, financial stewardship, stakeholder engagement, and commitment to sustainability.
- Provide to ensuring accountable, transparent, and high-performing executive leadership aligned with our mission and community-focused values.
- This independent review will offer valuable insight into current performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement, ultimately supporting the organization's strategic growth and community impact.
- Consultant shall develop tailored stakeholder engagement tools—such as interviews, focus groups, and surveys—that reflect the performance dimensions identified in the project scope: leadership competency, operational management, financial stewardship, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability leadership.
- These tools must be professionally crafted, reviewed with the Board before deployment, and administered in a way that encourages candid input across all stakeholder groups.
- In executing the evaluation, Consultant shall apply qualitative and quantitative methods appropriate for executive-level assessments.
- This includes identifying and utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmarking against industry or sector standards, and conducting Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis to ground the findings in organizational realities.
- Analytical techniques shall be clearly documented, with conclusions linked directly to evidence.
- All assessment data, including interview notes, survey results, and draft reports, shall be stored and handled in compliance with applicable data privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Consultant shall maintain the highest levels of discretion, particularly when dealing with sensitive feedback or internal documents.
- Review and analyze relevant documents such as strategic plans, budgets, prior evaluations, and organizational performance reports to establish performance context.
- The Consultant deliverables are as follow:
• A final assessment report, presenting comprehensive findings and analysis across all evaluation dimensions, along with prioritized, actionable recommendations.
• An executive summary, written in accessible language, suitable for presentation to the board and external stakeholders if needed.
• A presentation of results delivered either in-person or virtually, that provides a clear overview of the CEO’S performance, key insights, and areas for development.
• All supporting documentation, tools, and raw data (as appropriate) shall be turned over to the contract administrator upon project close-out.
