Parking Ticket and Permit Management Services

The vendor is required to provide parking ticket and permit management services for the payment and processing of parking tickets, as well as provide necessary systems to notice vehicle owners of all outstanding tickets, and provide systems to communicate with state motor vehicle departments to look up vehicle owner identifications based on vehicle license plates.
- The town’s parking ticket enforcement:
1. Tickets issued:
•    FY 2024 – 7,403
•    FY 2025 - 8,149
•    FY 2026 (projected) – 10,000+
2. Penalties:
•    If the ticket is not paid within 10 business days of the violation, the original fine up to and including $50 will double. 
•    Original fines $150 – $200 will incur a $50 late fee with a maximum penalty of $250.
•    Day fees issued at the train stations will incur a $15 late fee.
•    Once a ticket has been penalized, it cannot be disputed.
