Subdivision Plan Check Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide subdivision plan check consultant services.
- The review of plans for various subdivision permits, including, but not limited to, grading plan, parcel maps, final maps, minor land division, street improvement plans, sewer and storm drain improvement plans, and block wall calculations and plans and miscellaneous engineering calculations and plans.
- Said plans and engineering must be reviewed for conformance with standard engineering practices, building codes, planning and public works standards, development agreements, etc.
- It is highly desirable that plan reviews are conducted by a certified plans examiner or registered engineer.
- Transportation of plans for the first check and for all subsequent re-checks between the city and the consultant’s office, where the plan check services will be completed.
- The consultant shall indicate if they provide electronic plan check services.
