Survey Consultant Services

The vendor required to provide as-needed survey consultant services.
- Provide land surveying field and office services for various city projects as directed, including preparation of legal descriptions and plats for easements, boundary and topographic survey work, subdivision map checking, and right-of-way mapping.
- Requirement:
•    Prepare legal descriptions and plats for easements, license agreements, and other specified work. 
•    Provide subdivision map checking services for private development projects and coordinate the review and approval process with surveyors of record. 
•    Prepare field notes, digital data files, references, and supporting documentation as required. 
•    Research reference materials for projects. 
•    Provide survey data to the city in AutoCAD civil 3d and pdf formats, compatible with current city software. 
•    Employ GPS and GNSS techniques and provide horizontal coordinates in country and vertical datum navd88. 
•    Prepare right-of-way maps.
•    Perform boundary and topographic surveys to establish existing right-of-way, property lines, and relevant topographic features. 
•    Commence work within five (5) working days following written authorization by the city. 
•    Digital field notes and certified survey documentation; original signed certifications will be provided where required by law.
- Budget: $60,000.
