Economic Benefit Analysis Services

The Vendor is required to provide to calculate the economic benefit of noncompliance as part of assessing civil penalties for major sources.
- The expert shall be available to testify in hearings, court cases, mediations or other related enforcement activities.
- Expert in calculating economic benefit on cases regarding both major and minor stationary sources of air pollution, as well as asbestos, abrasive blasting, and open burning activities, which are regulated by agency.
