Fund Risk Management Consultant Services

The vendor required to provide fund risk management services related to, but not necessarily limited to;
•    Assist the fund's participating municipalities in identifying its insurable property and casualty exposures and to recommend professional methods to reduce, assume or transfer the risk or loss.
•    Assist the fund's participating municipalities in understanding and selecting the various coverage available from the fund and the municipal excess liability joint insurance fund.
•    The fund's participating municipalities any additional coverage that the risk management consultant feels should be carried, but are not available from the fund subject to the municipalities' authorization, place such coverage outside the fund.
•    Assist the participating municipalities in the preparation of applications, statements of values, and similar documents requested by the fund, it being understood that this agreement does not include any appraisal work by the risk management consultant.
•    The participating municipalities assessment as prepared by the fund and assist the participating municipalities in the preparation of their annual insurance budget.
•    Any other services required by the fund's bylaws.

- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
