Program Management Consulting Services

The Vendor is required to provide program management consulting services, including services for the development, design, implementation, management, oversight.
- Consulting with participating agencies in the development and design of a contract program that aligns with the goals and objectives of the participating agency;
- Turn-key solutions, providing a combination of equipment, products and services, delivery, and installation to a properly operating status.
