The Vendor is required to provide operator continuing education (CEU) training for the states certified drinking water operator’s services.
- The Agency wants assistance to organize, develop and hold technical and regulatory trainings for the certified water operators.
- Statewide training program to include, but not limited to, conducting twelve (12) one-day (six (6) or seven (7) hours per session) trainings statewide.
- Project is to that the state's operators have access to agency approved trainings that can assist in maintaining their certifications for themselves and the water system they are employed to serve.
- Provide an approved advertising program for notifying water operators and water system officials of scheduled training sessions.
- The report will include, but not be limited to, details of training sessions conducted, number of attendees and related problems that occurred during or as part of the training session and the solution.
- Assign a Contractor Account Representative to work directly with the Contracting Agency Representative and/or the Bureau program representative.
- It is illegal to have in one’s possession any illegal drug or alcoholic beverage while on state property.
- Personnel may be required to provide photographic identification for inspection upon entering state facilities.
- Required to sign-in and sign-out at most state facilities. Security provisions for all state facilities must be strictly observed.
