• Advance design excellence and connectivity with high-quality, walkable urban design that links to the river, downtown, and nearby neighborhoods, while complementing surrounding public and private investments.
• Promote sustainability and resilience by incorporating development practices that deliver long-term economic, environmental, and social benefits.
• Generate measurable community benefits including job creation, local hiring, and minority, women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) participation in both construction and ongoing operations.
