The Vendor is required to provide or providing safe and affordable public housing for low- to moderate-income residents in County.
- Understand and help guide agency to achieve their desired vision and goals.
- Assist with managing specific challenges facing the housing authority to be addressed, and concerns or desire of outside stakeholders with an interest in the housing.
- Review key federal regulatory factors that impact eligibility, and financial assumptions for each property.
- This may include outreach to the local jurisdiction with land use regulatory authority, as appropriate.
- Prepare development and operating budgets, seeking construction and permanent financing, facilitate the closing of financing and management of the construction draws.
- This may include creation of collateral materials necessary to communicate with residents or external stakeholders.
- Review current resident data to identify continued occupancy situations needing to be managed and resolved.
