Public Funding Process and Committee Management Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide a consultant to provide best practice guidance on public funding processes and committee management.
- The last three biennial processes primarily funded existing programs with automatic inflationary increases rather than use agreed upon, and in some cases mandated, criteria.
- This allowed for a small, biennial injection of statewide funds to be added to the total amount of funds for transportation for older adults and people with disabilities for the purposes of stabilization (note, taxes and fees on cigarettes, gasoline, and ID cards are declining sources of funding).
