Asbestos Consulting and Monitoring Services

The vendor required to provide asbestos consulting and monitoring services to perform asbestos-related consulting, testing, and monitoring services in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Establish a contract with a certified and licensed asbestos consulting firm to perform services on an as-needed, project-by-project basis. 
- Typical services may include, but are not limited to:
•    Investigation, sampling, and analysis for the presence of asbestos-containing materials (ACMS);
•    Asbestos inspections and surveys;
•    Preparation of written reports, drawings, and management plans;
•    Air monitoring and project oversight during asbestos abatement or renovation activities;
•    Coordination with county departments, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
