Talent Booking and Consulting Services

The Vendor is required to provide for talent booking and consulting services
- Collaborate with the client department’s staff to strategically identify artists/talent that will attract both local and county - wide audiences
- Liaise and negotiate with top -tier artists’ agents and managers to consider and accept client department’s booking offers
- Negotiate the best price possible for the County, based on each artists’ current popularity, touring schedules, and availability
- Advise and counsel the client department on any negotiating points that may impact the deal (either the price, contractual terms, or both).
