•    Create a data map to document agency current data management landscape.
•    Evaluate required cybersecurity controls related to data management and ensure alignment with data management practices
•    Evaluate portable and non-centralized electronic records and storage infrastructure
•    Design a sustainable governance framework that provides oversight of adherence to university policies and contractual requirements
•    Implement governance solutions with full-scale deployment and training
•    Establish continuous monitoring and optimization processes.
