RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide and expertise in leading, managing, and executing organizational change management (OCM) services.
- Each firm must demonstrate direct involvement in implementation, including engagement with frontline office or field staff, supervisors, and executives. This includes experience in highly regulated operations that are safety-critical, physically demanding, and technically complex.
- These initiatives may include technology implementations, process improvements, and cultural change efforts across the utility with the goal of achieving both administrative and operational success.
- Must ensure sufficient staffing and resource capacity to respond to project assignments in a timely manner, including the ability to support multiple concurrent initiatives if needed.
- Must ensure availability and commitment of assigned personnel to see the project through to completion and post implementation support, thereby helping the City maintain continuity.
- Ultimately, the goal is to communicate the real value of water services by leveraging advanced technology for content creation, data-driven personalization, and real-time engagement through an array of current social or technology platforms.
