The Vendor is required to provide to develop a program definition plan (PDP) for the development of an expanded commercial terminal building and associated ancillary facilities.
- Collect and review all existing and available data and studies. If any information is missing, firm will visit and inspect the project site collecting additional data.
- Survey, Sub Surface Utility Exploration, and LIDAR scan (as needed) of a portion, or all, of the proposed development area(s).
- Create base files using final survey and available data for the building model / renderings.

• Atmospheric Music / Public Address System(s) (Server / Equipment Rooms)
• Security Monitoring and Access Control (Equipment Rooms)
- Research and document applicable codes, laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances pertaining to the property, building type, and probable building design established by subsequent programming and design tasks.
- The existing preferred alternative / concept shall form the basis for further design development. This concept will be refined into an updated final floor plan (development of floor plates) based on analysis completed, public feedback, and coordination with agency and project stakeholders.
- Budget: $650,000.
