Healthcare Consulting Services

The Vendor is required to provide healthcare consulting services, including inpatient operations, ancillary operations, supply chain operations, and revenue cycle management.
- Key initiatives include optimizing resource utilization, improving inventory management, reducing medical supply and implant costs, and conducting a comprehensive review of the mid-to-back-end Revenue Cycle Management process.
- This will include a thorough review of current data sources and data collection methodologies to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and establish streamlined processes in alignment with system goals.
- Healthcare Consulting Services in the following four (4) service categories:
•    Inpatient Operations
•    Ancillary Operations
•    Supply Chain Operations
•    Revenue Cycle Management.
