The vendor required to provide technological consulting and project management services to supplement and support internal staff for infrastructure support and projects, software systems development and support, large scale package implementation, project management, and for strategy and architecture.

• Clear communication between the client, project manager, project executive, and department staff are essential
• Work with various county agencies, departments and department staff to provide technical design, business process related development and operational readiness of comprehensive and effective solutions for county.
• Develop comprehensive solution specifications per county requirements as requested including maintenance of this information and all other project related documentation
• Provide project management and communication with project team members, both internal and external to county, including status meetings or calls, testing, training, and other project communications.
• This includes communicating risks and issues (e.g., delays, client scope or requirements changes) to the project owners.
• Onsite is the general expectation and would be required most of the time, but there may be come portions of the work that can be done remotely.
