Sale and Development Services

The vendor required to provide sale and development services for include:
•    Design and site planning: develop single-family, duplex, or triplex units that complement the downtown environment and promote walkability.
•    Sustainable and innovative construction: must employ creative, eco-friendly building techniques—such as cob, straw bale, or adobe housing—to reduce costs and environmental impact. 
•    Affordability strategy: propose a plan to include housing options for low- and moderate-income residents. 
•    Proposals demonstrating strong affordability commitments will receive additional consideration. 
•    Project delivery: manage all aspects of development, including permitting, financing, construction, and coordination with city staff, while adhering to a clear and efficient project timeline.
