• Historic preservation planning
• Land development code updates
• Site planning
• Architectural standards
• Other general planning consulting services as directed
2. Market analysis may include but is not limited to:
• Barrier analysis to redevelopment and infill
• Areas market study and analysis
• Economic development
• Demographics and socio-economic analysis
• Economic assessment
• Viability for specific development types
3. Transportation planning services may be included but not limited to:
• Performing and or reviewing individual traffic analysis for private development
• Providing transportation modeling in conjunction with mobility fee development, alternative analysis, and long-range planning
• Providing annual traffic counts and other counts for special studies
• Roadway conceptual analysis
• Developing plans for bicycle, pedestrian and transit in support of the transportation element
• Performing periodic reports on multimodal transportation district and vine street
• Perform transportation corridor studies
• Development of street design standards, typical sections, illustrative design standards manuals
• Los and QLOS analyses
• Trail feasibility plans and analyzes.
• Other transportation planning and engineering services as directed
