The Vendor is required to provide end-to-end international entity management services for the University’s legal entities in China and Kenya, with the ability to expand services to additional jurisdictions as the University’s global footprint evolves - Provide an integrated and scalable model capable of ensuring accurate compliance, timely filings, transparent workflows, and strong service governance. • Secure a globally capable provider that can manage recurring corporate secretarial, compliance, tax, payroll coordination, and accounting‐related services. • Establish a consistent global operating model supported by a technology platform with audit trails, dashboards, workflow tracking, and document management. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, GDPR, China PIPL, Kenya Data Protection Act, and other jurisdiction-specific requirements. • Achieve operational clarity, predictable pricing, and strong governance with measurable SLAs. • Provide flexibility for future jurisdictions and potential restructuring of existing entities. - Compliance Services • Financial statement preparation and audit support • Local statutory tax filings and submissions • Data compliance support • Corporate compliance (annual reports, board minutes, resolutions, etc.) - Optional Set-Up and Expansion Services may be requested at a later date. Suppliers should price separately for: • Payroll setup and processing • Accounting system setup and record creation • Expense reporting system configuration • Opening capital or operational bank accounts • Government registrations (tax ID, labor, social insurance, etc.) • Support for personnel onboarding and local labor compliance
