- Global job advertising shall possess the competence to manage global job advertising campaigns to achieve effective outreach to potential candidates worldwide through various platforms and strategies. Tailoring campaigns to meet the specific needs of different regions and demographics.
- Remote workforce recruitment must possess expertise in sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring employees for remote positions, verifying that they can effectively contribute to the university's goals in a global environment.
- Global background checks must have the capabilities to provide comprehensive global background checks to ensure candidates meet the necessary requirements for their roles for the specific international location. This includes verifying identity, employment history, education credentials, and criminal records across multiple countries, complying with international regulations and standards, and providing reports on the background check process and findings.
- Ongoing HR shall provide continuous HR assistance using continuous and systematic processes and strategies to manage and support the university’s international workforce verifying that the university remains compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
- Employee benefits shall have the capacity to administer and manage employee benefits programs for international staff, complying with local regulations in all locations, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other essential and non-essential benefits.
- Payroll should have the ability to manage the process of calculating and distributing international employee wages and salaries, including deductions for taxes and other withholdings, guaranteeing timely delivery and maintaining compliance with local and international regulations.
- International talent pool management must possess capability to manage an international talent pool by strategically attracting, identifying, developing, engaging and retaining diverse global talent, guaranteeing access to qualified candidates while navigating cultural differences and international labor laws.
