Community Development Block Grant Consultant Services

The vendor required to provide community development block grant consultant services for community planning activities.
- Requirement:
•    Comprehensive analysis of the local housing market conditions and trends. 
•    Analysis should include an understanding of the county’s current housing stock, housing demand, both now and into the future, affordability among various housing types (e.g., first time buyers, renters, etc.), and gaps in housing needs. 
•    Demonstrated understanding of the county’s demographics and socio-economic trends, and unique local characteristics of each part of the county. 
•    The existing and potential households, the county’s housing supply and an understanding of the nature of housing demands. 
•    Provide an understanding of the current policies, programs, and strategies at the county and sub-county levels that may directly impact housing 
•    Provide regular project updates to county staff along with a project timeline and milestones 
•    Provide a report that presents the assessment findings and observations including tables, charts, maps, and other visualizations to portray the county’s housing situation. 
•    Present the full and completed report to the county.
