• Research design, logic models, instrument development, sampling, IRB readiness, data collection and analysis, and utilization-focused reporting.
• Ensures accessibility and inclusive design across reports, tools, trainings, and web-based materials integral to project deliverables.
• Estimates hours for discrete tasks and multi-stream projects, the inputs required from university, and your assumptions.
• Provide your approach to schedule development, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• The cadence and format of status meetings, progress summaries, and documentation; your collaboration tools and responsiveness standards.
• Identify key personnel (e.g., principal and lead strategist, senior researcher—on-site, grants specialist, methodologist, project manager, data analyst, communications lead).
