The vendor required to provide public sector advisory and consulting services focused on organizational assessment, analysis, recommendations and implementation support to 1gpa members on an as-needed basis.
- Advisory and consulting services are defined as advisory services in which the consultant is engaged to assess conditions, analyze data or operations, identify issues or opportunities and deliver written findings, recommendations or implementation support to address organizational, operational, financial or strategic challenges.
