Parking Consultant Planning Services

The Vendor is required to provide parking consultant planning services on an as needed basis include, but are not limited to, the following:
•    Parking management, policies and implementation strategies.
•    Program methods, practices and procedural reviews.
•    Organizational and process evaluations.
•    Operational analysis of parking facilities.
•    Method of revenue collection effectiveness and technology reviews.
•    Mixed-use development proposal evaluation considerations.
•    Public-private economic and real estate analysis considerations.
•    Parking market and rate setting studies.
•    Parking studies - inventory, usage, accumulation, turnover, and generation rate calibrations.
•    Demand and needs analysis and reporting.
•    Parking demand management and alternative plan proposals.
•    Customer service program and enhancement reviews and proposals.
•    Marketing parking programs, community outreach and education.
•    Functional concept design and site evaluations.
•    Revenue collection equipment and access management provisions.
•    Signage and graphic wayfinding design services.
•    Security designs, measures, equipment configurations, practices,
•    Procedures and programs for passive and active security devices.
•    ADA accessible guidelines (ADAAG) code provision concerns and resolutions.
•    Parking sustainability design and consultation.
•    Parking enforcement program analysis.
•    Analysis of electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure and future deployment recommendations.
•    Curbside management strategies.
•    Supplemental services, as directed by the contract administrator, determined to be necessary.
