The Vendor is required to provide to furnish parking management services to the city location.
- Equipment to generally include entry station, exit station, and credit pay station, vehicle control barrier/gate system, and associated operations hardware/software. Visitors may pay their parking fees via the self-service pay station at the drive up exit gate.
- The facility shall be used for parking of vehicles for the benefit and convenience of City employees and the general public, which shall have the right to use the facility.
- must assign personnel to respond to intercom calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (Monday-Sunday), and to perform daily inspections, clean up and maintenance of the parking lot, stairwell, and pay station equipment, including inspecting and cleaning and servicing of equipment.
- The onsite manager must also be vigilant of activities in the parkade and report suspicious activity to security personnel in a timely manner (i.e., within an hour or less of observing suspicious activity).
