The Vendor is required to provide contract monitoring services for its integrated facilities management (IFM) contract.
- Requirement:
• Conduct six, in-person site visits to schools and administrative buildings with a representative of district facilities department by qualified members of the consultant’s team.
o Schedule additional in-person site visits with the representative of the IFM service provider.
• Conduct a critical review of the IFM service provider’s required, submitted monthly report, including incentive compensation review.
• Conduct a critical review of work order data and processes by the service provider.
• Meet with the district representative, department inspection representative and other individuals named by the district as needed to review deliverables and documents.
• Schedule and organize logistics for the service provider’s quarterly leadership meetings, during which a presentation is made summarizing their performance during the reporting period
o Must provide location of meetings and audio-visual equipment if needed for all quarterly meetings.
o Review IFM provider’s presentation prior to quarterly meetings to ensure metrics are accurate and in alignment with contract SLAs.
• Ensure all members of the consulting team have extensive knowledge of the facility services specification to which ABM is bound and in support of district.
