The Vendor is required to provide identity and access management (IAM) and shall provide specialized IAM support staff augmentation services to augment the city’s existing IAM team.
- Staffing and team augmentation
• Provide experienced IAM resources with expertise in access management and single sign-on, identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, privileged account management and cybersecurity best practices.
• Assign resources with relevant certifications and experience in managing IAM solutions such as sail point, CyberArk, ping identity and similar solutions.
- Time and place of services
• Resources will be expected to be available during the city standard operating hours (9:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m. eastern time), but hours will be driven by business need and may vary.
• Resources will be expected to work a maximum of 35 hours per week.
• Based on business needs, there may be times where more than 35 hours is pre-approved and authorized by the city.
• Resources will be expected to conduct work fully remotely, unless called to be on site due to an emergency.
• Resources must have availability for bi-weekly sprint release deployments after hours (at 5:00 p.m. every other Wednesday).
• Upgrades and any other routine maintenance that might require downtime would be scheduled outside normal business hours (generally, Saturday mornings).
• Any deployments will be scheduled with advanced notice for the required resources.
- Off-hours support and on call support
• The city does have a 24/7 workforce so we would need to have on-call access to resources should there be a production outage during non-work hours.
