Third Party Management Services

The Vendor is required to provide transit management individual or firm for the management of the operations of transit system and maintenance facility.
- Provides public transit to the residents and visitors as a public service and understands that those individuals who utilize the system have few alternative transportation options. 
- It is important for the Contractor to prioritize reducing the public transit system's impacts on the county taxpayers by focusing on the financial wellbeing of the system and exercising prudent financial stewardship over the approved budget from the County.

- The Federal funding is a combination of the reporting of the operating expenses and the number of trips provided to individuals for employment and employment-related purposes.
