- This engagement is intended to strengthen leadership effectiveness, support enterprise wide procurement modernization, and ensure continuity of transformation efforts aligned with the Administration’s priorities, including governor vision for a more efficient, accountable, and outcomes-driven government.
- Topics may include enterprise procurement operating models, modernization of procurement processes and governance structures, continuity of transformation initiatives across administrations and leadership transitions, procurement’s role in advancing economic participation and supplier engagement, strengthening accountability and operational performance, and alignment of procurement strategy with Administration priorities and public outcomes.
- Engagements may include leadership roundtables, cross-agency leadership development sessions, and facilitated discussions focused on executive decision-making, organizational leadership in procurement, change management, and sustaining modernization efforts within complex government environments.
