The Vendor is required to provide talent booking and contracting services include, but are not limited to, talent buying services, including negotiation and securing artists and entertainers for the county.
- Requirement:
• County layout is subject to change from year to year.
• District reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to procure talent booking and contracting services from other sources as deemed necessary, including but not limited to programming and the sound programming.
• Talent booking and contracting services for the grandstand stage.
• Promptly begin providing talent booking and contracting services.
• Expected to be on-site daily from approximately the time the performer or performer representatives and staff arrive through the completion of the performance.
• Personnel shall have the capacity to work efficiently and in a collaborative manner with a multi-disciplined team including district staff and production contractors, under the direction of the production director, to secure, promote, and stage live acts on the grandstand stage during the county.
• Excellent administrative skills and the ability to negotiate complete business deals with all points clearly defined and incorporated into the performance contracts.
• The ability to accept, work toward, and meet reasonable deadlines.
• All support staff necessary to successfully fulfill contract responsibilities.
• Engage in any activity or relationship with any artist agency that creates or reasonably appears to create a conflict of interest that may influence negotiations, booking decisions, or financial arrangements.
