The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive review of the County’s current procurement policy.
- Provide an assessment of current practices and recommendations to strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance with applicable laws and best practices, improve efficiency, and enhance transparency and accountability.
- Consultant will report to the Agent or designated person for regular check ins/meetings to ensure alignment with County’s priorities.
- Services:
• Evaluate the current Procurement Policy
• Identify gaps, redundancies, areas of strengths and weakness
• Provide clear, practical recommendations for policy and procedural updates and operational improvements consistent with best practices for local governments.
