The Vendor is required to provide compensation consulting services for include:
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the authority’s compensation program.
• Perform an internal equity assessment and competitive salary analysis, and recommend implementation strategies, including calculating the cost of implementation;
• Perform a comprehensive labor market analysis for the authority’s existing and future positions.
• Analyze existing position hierarchy and compensation structures to ensure internal and external competitiveness
• Provide written report of methods, techniques and data on all analyses; and
• Verify compensation study and methods comply with applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
