The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive grant development support strategic partner to expand our funding portfolio by identifying and securing federal, state, local, and corporate grants that directly advance our district’s mission.
- Requirement:
• Strategic alignment and identification: implement a systematic process to scan, filter, and recommend grant opportunities (federal, state, local, and corporate) that specifically support board-approved goals and the district’s strategic plan.
• Federal proposal development: provide end-to-end grant writing and development services for grant applications, with a focus on federal applications, including narrative drafting, budget justification, logic model development, and coordination with district stakeholders.
• Capacity building: deliver structured professional development and "on-the-job" technical assistance to two (2) district project resource managers to enhance their skills in grant design, research, and writing.
• Data and reporting: provide regular briefing memos and tracking logs that outline pending opportunities, status of applications in progress, and alignment rationales for the grants department leadership.
• Regulatory compliance: ensure all developed proposals adhere to the education department general administrative regulations (EDGAR), 2 CFR 200 (uniform guidance), and specific department requirements.
• Collaboration: work seamlessly with district departments to gather the data and programmatic details necessary for compelling, accurate submissions.
