Capital Program Management Services

The Vendor is required to provide capital program management services (CPMS) consultant to serve as strategic advisors providing executive-level management, leadership, and oversight services.
- Acting as an extension of the authority's executive and senior management team, the CPMS consultants will support enterprise-level governance, organizational alignment and readiness, risk management, procurement strategy, and performance monitoring to help ensure projects and initiatives are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within approved budgets.
