• FAA and FCC coordination,
• FCC ASR application preparation and submission on behalf of the county,
• NEPA review and application support,
• Environmental assessments, as required,
• Section 106 historic preservation review,
• Tribal consultation,
• state SEQR support,
• Public notice coordination,
• And related regulatory compliance services.
