The Vendor is required to provide to obtain professional consulting services to support organizational change, communications, and workforce effectiveness.
¬- Comprehensive Strategic Change Management, Communications, and Leadership Support Services to advance organizational effectiveness, workforce engagement, and program adoption.
- Services will focus on strategic communications, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement, with continued— but secondary—support for core office functions.
- Key services can include:
• Leadership Alignment & Coaching – executive coaching, leadership workshops, and alignment sessions to strengthen leadership capacity and organizational readiness.
• Change Impact & Risk Assessments – structured assessments of organizational, role, and process impacts to anticipate and mitigate change risks.
• Communications Strategy & Brand Alignment – development and execution of messaging frameworks, campaign management, visual branding, intranet/portal content, and multimedia products.
• Engagement & Facilitation – facilitation of town halls (Roadshows), focus groups, surveys, governance forums, and workforce engagement activities.
• Knowledge Transfer & Sustainability – documentation, mentoring, playbooks, and train-thetrainer programs to ensure lasting adoption.
• Program/Project Integration – embedding change management and communications practices into project plans, schedules, and governance structures.
• Performance Metrics & Dashboards – design and implementation of dashboards, scorecards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor adoption, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
• Crisis/Emergency Messaging – rapid-response communications protocols for high-visibility, sensitive, or emergency initiatives.
- Leadership and Strategic Alignment
• Deliver coaching, facilitation, and alignment workshops for executives and program leaders.
• Support decision-making processes by fostering clarity, role alignment, and accountability across leadership teams.
- Communications and Brand Strategy
• Develop strategic communications frameworks, campaigns, and messaging plans aligned with agency goals.
• Create visual identity, graphics, and multimedia content to enhance recognition and engagement.
• Manage communications channels, including intranet content, newsletters, and multimedia platforms.
• Provide crisis communication and rapid-response messaging support as needed.
