The Vendor is required to provide for aircraft maintenance and administrative support Services.
- Must establish and maintain a computerized database that tracks part numbers, part description, serial number, part hours, remaining hours on parts, part removal hour, and time between overhaul, as each of these categories relates directly to H125 parts, engines, gearboxes, airframe inspections, lubrication, after market continued airworthiness, Service Bulletins, Engine Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, torque checks, and components.
- This tracking system shall be updated bi-weekly, at a minimum, and made available to agency maintenance staff at any given time within the contract period.
- Must show a history (2 year minimum) of managing a computerized aircraft maintenance database and tracking system.
- Must also have a dedicated maintenance staff to support contractor’s on-site mechanics.
- Supplying new OEM parts for Safran Helicopter Engines turbine engines.
