The Vendor is required to provide standby disaster debris removal services and standby disaster debris monitoring and grant management services.
- Debris removal services
• Emergency debris clearance (“push”)
• Hazardous tree, limb, and stump removal (leaners, hangers and stumps)
• Waterway, bridge, ditch and culvert blockage and impediment removal of limbs, stumps, and material impeding flow
• Row debris removal
• Hauling to DMS or final disposal
• DMS operations, reduction, grinding, chipping, incineration
• Segregation of eligible vs. ineligible debris
• Final disposal and site restoration
• Restoration of any county roadway or culvert damage to pre-event conditions if damaged by removal operations.
