The Vendor is required to provide program director to perform professional services including, but not limited to, the following
- Program leadership and coordination
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the implementation of the give initiative throughout participating jurisdictions in county.
• Coordinate collaborative violence reduction efforts among law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, probation departments, community supervision agencies, and community based organizations.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration focused on prevention, intervention, suppression, and enforcement strategies.
• Chair and coordinate regular give partnership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and collaborative working groups.
• Work closely with the division field advisor to monitor program implementation, identify operational barriers, and improve program effectiveness.
- Grant administration and compliance
• Coordinate and assist with preparation of annual give grant applications and associated program narratives.
• Monitor grant performance measures, reporting requirements, and documentation standards required by division.
• Track grant-funded activities, deliverables, and budget expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable division requirements, policies, procedures, and reporting deadlines.
• Prepare reports, presentations, strategic plans, and related documentation as required.
- Strategic planning and program development
• Assist partner agencies in developing and implementing evidence-based violence reduction strategies.
• Support development of operational protocols related to referrals, information sharing, and service coordination.
• Identify opportunities for program improvement, enhanced collaboration, and operational efficiencies.
• Utilize available data and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist with identifying additional funding opportunities and program sustainability initiatives.
- Community and stakeholder engagement
• Serve as a liaison between partner agencies and community stakeholders.
• Maintain professional relationships with all give partners, community organizations, service providers, and government entities.
• Participate in community meetings, trainings, and collaborative initiatives as necessary.
• Support community-based violence prevention and intervention initiatives.
- Administrative responsibilities
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive records and information.
• Maintain organized documentation related to program operations and grant compliance.
• Attend meetings outside normal business hours as necessary.
• Travel locally throughout county and occasionally to city, for meetings and trainings.
• Perform additional related duties that are assigned in support of the give initiative.
