Concrete Work Services

The Vendor is required to provide various concrete work and services on an as needed basis.
- Requirements
• Be responsible for providing an estimate of materials and labor costs for each project
• Furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies, as necessary, to perform the services and provide the goods, as required.
• Set forms to proper line and grade, place fill materials, sub-grade leveling, set expansion joints, place and tie steel, pour and finish concrete, saw joints, remove forms, clean site
• Responsible for supervision of its employees and subcontractor employees, together with clean up and proper disposal of any site work waste.
• Demolish and remove unreinforced concrete slabs
• Have a supervisor onsite while the work is being performed.
• Sign in at the maintenance office upon arrival at center.
• Frequency of service is on an as needed basis.
