The Vendor is required to provide shall serve as college’s exclusive partner for the management and operation of on-campus bookstore services.
- Provide all personnel, management, equipment, inventory, technology, operational support, and related resources necessary to maintain efficient bookstore operations that support the needs of students, faculty, staff, and the college community.
- Shall operate the bookstore in a manner that reflects the mission, values, and reputation of College while maintaining a customer-focused retail environment that supports student success and enhances the overall campus experience.
- Shall operate and manage the College bookstore as the exclusive on-campus provider of approved retail bookstore services.
- Bookstore operations shall include the sale and distribution of College-approved merchandise, school supplies, technology accessories, graduation-related items, academic materials, limited physical textbooks, and other products necessary to support the campus community.
- Shall maintain sufficient inventory levels of physical textbooks, printed course materials, and specialized academic materials required for courses or programs where print materials remain necessary. Inventory management practices shall ensure timely availability of required materials for students and faculty.
- Shall maintain an online bookstore platform that allows students, faculty, staff, and other authorized users to purchase textbooks, merchandise, supplies, and other approved products through a secure and user-friendly online ordering system.
- Shall maintain sufficient inventory levels of institutional merchandise, branded apparel, gifts, school supplies, technology accessories, convenience items, graduation materials, and other retail merchandise approved by the College.
- Shall provide extended service hours as necessary during registration periods, semester startup periods, special campus events, and other high-demand operational periods to ensure adequate service availability for students and campus stakeholders.
- Shall provide responsive and professional customer service support for students, faculty, and staff regarding bookstore purchases, online ordering, refunds, exchanges, merchandise availability, product inquiries, and general bookstore operations.
- Shall maintain service standards that prioritize efficiency, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
