Third-Party Operation and Management Services

The Vendor is required to provide third-party operation and management services for all aspects of program operation, including but not limited to:
• ECECD licensing;
• Staffing;
• Program administration;
• Curriculum;
• Enrollment;
• Family billing;
• Child care assistance / universal child care participation;
• Compliance and reporting;
• Grant writing;
• Insurance;
• Business operations;
• Health and safety;
• Quality improvement;
• Family engagement;
• Supplies, materials, and equipment not otherwise provided by agency;
• Cleaning and sanitation related to child care operations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Facility separation from school operations
• Separate child care program administration;
• Separate family enrollment and billing;
• Separate child care staff supervision;
• Separate child care records;
• Separate check-in/check-out procedures;
• Controlled access to the child care space;
• Compliance with all ECECD facility requirements; and
• Compliance with CMS security procedures.
- Operating days and hours
• Monday through Friday;
• 7:30 am to 6:00 pm; and
• 52 weeks per year.
