The Vendor is required to provide professional planning consultant services on an as-needed basis.
- Requirement:
1. Master planning
• Preparation of forecasts, demand/capacity analysis, alp updates, and other aeronautical and non-aeronautical related planning activities.
• Developing targeted area plans that may be focused on airport functional areas, such as cargo, general aviation, parking, maintenance, etc.
2. Airfield
• Identifying airfield needs and issues to develop alternatives to improve airside facilities including runways, taxiways, terminals, aircraft parking plans, hangars, and other airfield related components.
• Performing airfield and airspace modeling and simulating and operational assessments.
3. Terminal
• Identifying and analyzing terminal facility requirements for existing terminals, modifications to terminals, baggage systems, and or new terminals.
• Performing activity forecasts and simulations of passenger processing and flows.
4. Landside
• Providing landside planning that may include roadway, parking, rental car facilities, taxi/limo facilities, TNC facilities/operations, and ground transportation issues.
5. Environmental
• Assisting in preparing NEPA documentation (e.g. Categorical exclusions and environmental assessments and other environmental permit applications) for both airport development and operations.
6. Noise
• Conducting analyses and preparing reports for specific noise issues.
7. Land use
• Developing and accessing land use plans that may include on- and off-airport property.
8. Geographic information systems (GIS) and data management and integration
• Support development and integration of GIS data for airport planning and operations.
• Collect required geospatial data, including imagery, Lidar, GPS, or survey inputs.
• Maintain and validate airport asset and feature inventories.
