The vendors to provide administrative and consulting services to assist the city in planning and executing an approximately $100,000.00 Participatory Budgeting (PB) Program.
• PB Program is being created in the context of the City’s commitment to robust community engagement and co-designed solutions, ensuring that residents are genuine partners in shaping the future of their community. This work advances the City’s vision of becoming a place where everyone can thrive, with shared responsibility, shared power, and shared benefit.
• Offerors should meet the following minimum eligibility requirements:
• Offerors should demonstrate at least three years of experience facilitating participatory budgeting processes, participatory planning, public engagement, or similar large-scale civic decision-making initiatives.
• Offerors must demonstrate experience designing and implementing multi-modal community engagement strategies, including in-person facilitation, digital engagement tools, surveys, small-group dialogue, and outreach strategies tailored to diverse populations and participation barriers.
• Offerors must have documented experience helping residents translate initial ideas into well-scoped, feasible project proposals, including coordinating departmental review, supporting cost estimation, and aligning community priorities with municipal requirements.
