The Vendor is required to provide fiduciary advisory services for include:
• Analyze and make recommendations regarding investment plan performance, participant costs, plan and investment management, investment option selection, plan design, and the format and content of materials submitted by service providers.
• Prepare comprehensive quarterly investment performance and monitoring reports for all plans to be presented at district meetings. Reports shall include an assessment of each investment option using the proposer's established quantitative and qualitative monitoring criteria and clearly identify investments that are performing satisfactorily, warrant heightened monitoring, or may warrant further review for potential replacement.
• Attend quarterly on-site district meetings, providing fiduciary stakeholder education, regulatory, legislative & industry best practices updates, watch list review, documentation of meeting minutes, along with monitoring fiduciary compliance.
• Compilation of district meeting agendas in collaboration with the plan administrator, ensuring timely dissemination prior to quarterly district meetings and ensuring old business matters are addressed, as appropriate.
• Recommend fund mapping strategies, when applicable.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of plan record-keepers.
