The Consultant should have access to the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) Certified Threat Managers (CTMs) with expertise and experience in Threat Assessment Planning and Threat Assessment and Management (TAM) Team development.
- County is seeking to contract with a consultant or consultant firms who will be responsible for continuous efforts to improve individual and organizational performance by developing human potential through professional training programs.
- Development and Training of the CTAMT utilizing key stakeholders including County Agencies, Schools, Mental health, religious and faith-based institutions, and non-governmental institutions.
- Asynchronous training schedule to complement in-person training for CTAMT members and other key stakeholders. Asynchronous training modules will include topics such as Threat Assessment Indicators,
- Responsibilities in Reporting, social media, and evidence-based threat assessment tools.
- Services and Support for creating community outreach efforts and events, including the utilization of social media, to better inform the community of the CTAMT, and its function, and its availability to the public for educational and community service events.
- After-action review of services, including follow-up consultation with key agencies and RCTAMT and development of continuous education and training opportunities.
